Having produced over two hundred wedding films during the last decade, Krista Loughton is a trailblazer in the growing wedding film market.  A wedding film is different than the typical wedding video because like a good documentary, it tells a story. Krista’s focus is storytelling, and because of this Publik Productions produces artistically stunning films.  Publik will preserve all your special moments in one thoughtful and well-crafted movie. 

Krista’s passion is making films, and it shows.  For two years running, she won awards at the Victoria Film Festival through its ‘My Victoria’ film competition.
Our Hero (2007) won the Altruism category and The New Our Place (2008) won the Future Capital prize. She is currently producing a documentary entitled Us & Them about assisting homeless people to heal their lives.
